The Legal Bit

The agreement can be made between either a company or an individual. The terms of the agreement shall contain a start date to which the agreement comes in full force and in effect indefinitely until terminated. Depending on the agreement, a deposit may or may not be required. Billing will either be made monthly or bi-monthly where as shall be agreed with any late payments incurring a 1.5% late-payment fee.

The agreement may be terminated at any time by either party provided 7 days notice is given. Any jobs within this period shall either be completed and be invoiced in full or they will incur a cancellation fee.

DKH Cleaning Services agrees to maintain client confidentiality* and will not disclose, divulge, report or use any information obtained, except as authorised by the client or as required by law.

Client Confidentiality* - Confidential Information refers to any data or information relating to the business of the Client which would reasonably be considered to be proprietary to the Client including, but not limited to, accounting records, business processes, and client records and that is generally not known in the industry of the client and where the release of that confidential information could reasonably be expected to cause harm to the client.
